Mandatory Intermission: Support Seraphim Theatre
Like all entertainment and non-essential business around the nation, Seraphim Theatrical Entertainment has had to put all its productions & classes on hold indefinitely. Closing the doors has meant we don’t get to entertain with Murder Mysteries, Scared Scriptless improv shows, or produce our main stage show “Jeeves Intervenes” as scheduled to the public. It also has sadly meant we can’t continue teaching the children’s class Second Star Performers and be working towards their Spring show “The Three Musketeers”. We’re hoping to get these going again as soon as it is safe to do so, but right now we sit and wait inside a quiet theatre building.
Because Seraphim is a privately owned theatre, we rely on these productions and entertainment to support ourselves and pay our bills. As many of you know, we recently purchased and moved into a new facility of our very own. However, with having to shut down the money making aspect of Seraphim, the timing couldn’t be worse. Without being able to produce our shows and income generating productions, we need some help. Stephen and Bridgett are already working and are happily tossing their own personal money into Seraphim to keep things ready for the day we can open again.
While we wait for that day, we ask our friends and families of Seraphim Theatre, that if you have the means to help during this time, it would be greatly appreciated. We promise to still be here when we can all come back out and celebrate with live arts and entertainment once again. Sharing in the joy of togetherness in our new theatre!
Thank you!
