SCC's 17th Anniversary Year

As we approach our 17th Anniversary year, we want to let everyone know about our work at SC Choirs. Through our six choirs, our spotlight choir work and our school support scheme, we change lives through music. Our music education programme ensures that every member develops musicianship, confidence, self-esteem, and friendship, whatever their age or ability. We also provide regular performance opportunities, including some competitive work too.

After surviving the pandemic, we were overjoyed to receive a huge donation from Charities Trust - only to be told two months later that it was an error. Having made many plans to move SCC forward on the back of that donation, many of these projects are now on hold. You can imagine our massive disappointment!

Every donation raised through this page will help us get some of these projects in our Artistic Plan moving again. These include developing choirs for changing voices, introducing bigger and better performance opportunities, expanding our school support scheme, developing more spotlight choirs.
