Save Jorge from a severe work accident

My name is Rosie, and I would like to get some help for my best friend Jorge and his family. He had an accident while working, he fell from 26 feet high and hit his head, and had fractures all around his face. He is the only financial support of his family and unfortunately, he is in a state of mind or physical condition to return to work. Jorge has gained memory loss from these injuries and is having a hard time remembering his family and friends.
