Mission Save Jacobs Liver

As you all may have been following my latest updates via social media, my 21 year brother, (YES, 21!!!!) so sweet, humble, outgoing and full of life has been in the hospital for a few days now. My family and I have been so worried and impatient waiting for results and answers. Today we found out my brother was diagnosed with Stage 4 Liver Cirrhosis. Come to find out he needs a Liver Transplant and will be placed on a waiting list for the procedure. Having related hospital visits at a younger age, the problem has FINALLY been identified and although we are in such disbelief we are thankful to have caught it in time. As this has been very, very difficult and heartbreaking for my brother and our family and we are all in the healing process and only pray for healing as quick as possible. We are so blessed to have the support and love from all our family and friends who have reached out in such a hard time and who are keeping my brother in their thoughts and prayers. We have started this fundraiser to raise money for any unforseen medical expenses / medical needs and personal needs until he undergoes his procedure, it is a waiting game though so it may take some time. We would greatly appreciate any donations, or even prayers anything to help us through this process. Thank You All from the bottom of our hearts!
