Save Biscuit: Fund His Critical Jaw Surgery
Donation protected
This is Biscuit. Biscuit is a 6-year-old golden retriever. Last year, we noticed a growth forming in his mouth. We took him to a local vet to have it removed (May 2024), and they sent it in for testing. They said they would reach out if anything came back abnormal. Safe to say, they DID NOT keep that promise, as my mom had reached out and asked if anything was wrong, and they said, “Have you gotten a call? If not, everything is fine.”
Since then, the growth came back three times its initial size. We took him to the vet for an examination and found out he has Acanthomatous Ameloblastoma. To make sure we remove the entire growth, we have to pay up to $5,000 to have part of his jaw removed. That’s where we’re asking for help. My mom already works two jobs and still has some kids here at home to support. If you can help us out even a little bit, that’d be greatly appreciated because Biscuit is our family dog, and we couldn’t imagine life without him.
