Save Bar Suzette & Our Staff
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family & Community, we are disheartened and at a loss for words about the current worldwide crisis, caused by the continuing spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are asking for your help.
We are in a situation where we had to furlough our entire staff, and send them home to be safe and hope that we don't contribute to the spread of this dangerous and very real virus. Just today, the restaurant industry lost a great chef and New York industry heavyweight, Chef Floyd Cardoz. Our condolences to his family, friends and the many chefs who worked with him around the world.
Our intention when we decided to shut the doors completely and not remain open for delivery or take-out, was made to "flatten the curve". It was the hardest decision we have made in 10 years of business.
We are asking for help to maintain paying our staff for the weeks ahead, and be able to re-open when this situation clears up. We are pleading with you; our friends, family and community at large to support us with any donation to get through this extremely difficult time. We are a very small company, and our entire team is out of work, with zero income for the foreseeable future.
Please help if you can, no donation is too small. And when this is done, we will welcome you all with open arms and hot food to rebuild our community stronger than before.
much love and appreciation from all of us at Bar Suzette, we are nothing without our team and our community.
stay safe everyone, see you on the other side of this.
