Lauren and Justin's Mission Trip

For the past six months, Lauren (my sister) and I (Justin) have had the opportunity to work in the Mission field. We have been working at a small Seventh-day Adventist high school in Palau. The country of Palau is located in the Micronesian Islands, it has a population of around 17,000 people. Lauren is teaching Physical Education and Health to high school students ; she will also give some health seminars at the local church and I have been teaching English, Computer and Marine Biology to High School students.

Our experience here has been incredible. We could easily write a book of stories on different experiences we encounter daily, on how the Lord has guided us in this process. Some of you have helped us in different ways and we are eternally grateful with you for your help. Whether it has been with prayer, money, or positive comments in Facebook, your help and good wishes have not only helped us, but have also helped the children and people of Palau. Nevertheless, we could still use some help. Lauren has a number of health projects she plans to do this semester, I also have a number of project with my classes, and need some materials. We have just past the mid part of the school year, yet there is still more we plan on doing.

 
We make 150 dollars every two weeks. Our housing is covered by our work but we must cover every other expense. Food here is more expensive then back in the US. Families from Palau do their best to help us in this part. If you would like to help us with funds in any form possible this would be great, if not we ask you to please pray for our work.

Any donation will be used for the following:

1. Air fare back to the US $ 3000 for both of us
2. Medication (antibiotics, etc.)
3. School materials and special projects
4. Essential housing materials
5. Special student needs, clothes, food, etc.
6. Personal food
7. Bibles and literature material (EGW Books)
