Saoul's Native America World Series
Donation protected
We are starting this GoFundMe on the behalf of our son, Saoul Prado. He is 12 years old and we live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Saoul started playing baseball when he was 5 years old. He has spent countless hours on the field and we have spent countless hours watching him. His younger brother also plays, and Saoul has taken the role of a mentor. Saoul has a lot of energy and that excitement translates on the field. He has the potential to do something great with his life; for him baseball is life. We do not remember growing up as focused as he is. He views baseball as his vehicle to college. This means, Saoul has set himself up in a better position academically. Overall, he is a 3.0 student, an influential older brother, a good baseball player, and a fun kid to be around. His drive to do something more with the sport, which he loves, is truly inspiring to us.

The event that we are asking for donations on is with the 1st ever AABC Jacoby Ellsbury World Series in Shelton, Washington. http://aabcwsje.usapremiersports.com/
The significance of this World Series is that it is for kids of Indigenous heritage. Saoul was invited to play with the Navajo Nation team. Here he will represent his Navajo heritage. We thought this opportunity would be amazing for him to experience, as well as give his brother a possible look at his future...The problem that we have run into is that Saoul’s mother recently became unemployed and unfortunately, money is tight right now. Normally, having funds available wouldn’t be a problem, but currently, more than ever, it is... We do not want Saoul to miss this great opportunity. This video is of his try out video.
We ask for your support, anything you can give will be greatly appreciated. We did want to mention that if we surpass our funding goal, all additional money will go directly to the rest of the kids on the Navajo team. Also, if our situation changes from now until then, we will donate the funds to the Navajo Nation teams to help cover their expenses.
