Rodeo needs surgery

Rodeo was on the WRONG end of the rodeo! This little guy was hit by a car in Texas and was on his way to being euthanized when the little spark inside him said it was not his time! Even though he was in excruciating pain, he managed to walk. The folks from Shelter2rescue called us and asked if we could help. He was otherwise healthy and just needed a rescue who could help with his surgery as it was going to be a BIG ONE! Getting it done it TX would be best as transporting him to Colorado with TWO BROKEN HIPS would be painful. We already did bloodwork and he is otherwise healthy once they got all of the ticks off of him (YUCK!). He is resting comfortably now that he is on pain management.
