It is with great sadness that I have to send this out to let everyone know that Russell Leo Shaffer III has passed away on Friday Oct 14th. As many know he has been sick for years but his passing was a shock I'm asking for help for his children Chelsea and Russell IV to cover the arrangements for Russell III.
