It was the first game of the college football season, and Roman Reed was playing exceptionally well. Then fate intervened. The tackle only took a few seconds, a vertebra was crushed, and his dream of playing in the NFL ended

Told he would never walk again, never use his arms and legs, never father a child. His response? "Never tell me never!” Today, he has use of his arms and has three children.

His goal is to be a motivational speaker

How can you help?

“In 2024, I was out of this bed four times” He has bed sores and other issues from being confined to the bed. Kaiser provides 1 nurse for two hours a week. He needs a nurse who can take care of bed related issues and Physical Therapy to get him out of bed and into his wheelchair.

Where is the $ going to go.

Nursing mostly

Monday and Wednesday. A nurse does a one-hour shift, each day.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, the nurse does a 2-hour shift each day.

6 extra hours a week comes to 24 hours a month, Cost $1200 a month.

A monthly check is perfect, but any gift would be fantastic.
