Rebuilding Mitt’s life after Palisades Fire.
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
I’m Tiffany, and am writing this on behalf of, Mitt, who recently suffered an unimaginable loss. The apartment we shared on 17250 Sunset Blvd was destroyed in a devastating fire, taking with it all of our belongings—and most heartbreakingly, Mitt’s life’s work as a painter.
Every piece of art he had created, every painting that held his heart and soul, is gone. Mitt has spent years pouring his creativity and passion into his work, and seeing it all reduced to ashes has been devastating.
The fire also claimed all of our personal possessions, including our surfboards, which held so much meaning for both of us as our connection to the water runs deep. While I’m heartbroken as well, my focus is on helping Mitt rebuild—not just his home, but his spirit and his creative life.
This GoFundMe is to support Mitt as he navigates this difficult time. The funds raised will help him find a new place to live, replace essential items, and gather the tools and materials he needs to begin painting and surfing again.
If you’re able to support him—whether through a donation, sharing this page, or offering words of encouragement—it would mean the world to both of us. Every contribution helps as we work to move forward from this tragedy and help Mitt reignite his passion.
Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity, and love.
