Canal Music Studios has been hit hard by the unexpected flash floods from Hurricane Ida, with the water entering the building in excess of 5ft. They've lost literally everything, not just the value of the business, but priceless and irreplaceable pianos and other instruments. They are completely devastated.
The school has been an intrinsic part of the Lambertville/New Hope community with a goal of reaching children and inspiring them to grow and learn through music. With your help, the owner and the musicians hope to rebuild the school and stay an important part of our community, as well as the larger musical community of professional musicians, teachers, and supporters of the arts. Please share their story with as many people as you can. Any support you can provide would be greatly appreciated. They need all the help they can get!
NOTE: I have been a friend of Adrienne for many years now. As a local and a parent of one of the students at Canal Music Studios, I want nothing more than to see them succeed. Starting this fundraiser to help them rebuild their business is the least I could do. All of the funds raised will be directly deposited into and account provided by Canal Music Studios.
