My dear friend, TJ Farrell, has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on his liver. TJ has been through so much that no one should have to experience in a lifetime. He is not only fighting for himself, but for his two younger brothers and mother that lost their lives way too early:
Michael 9 yrs old- 1999 brain cancer
Mother Michelle 40 yrs old- 2003 Pancreatic and cervical
Andrew 22 yrs old -2004 Leukemia
After completing chemotherapy treatment and surgery for stage 3 colon cancer in 2023, It has now spread to TJ’s liver. TJ will be once again undergoing a very high dose of chemotherapy in hopes of shrinking the cancer before they can operate and hope the cancer responds to the chemotherapy.
Despite TJ’s health battles, TJ has remained optimistic and his love for baseball and his faith has played a critical role in his recovery. TJ has been a long time coach in the council rock and Northampton community along with coaching many baseball players from all over Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia area with Baseball U Philly.
TJ has a lot of support behind him with family and friends, and it’s time for us to come together and help lessen the financial burden for TJ since this should be the least of his worries. Every penny counts if you can help donate to TJ.
TJ, I owe you for catching and giving me my only Major League Baseball at the Phillies game ⚾️. It’s a memory I still cherish to this day.
