Hello, my name is Jayden and Im a 18 year old college student.
Ive grown up fostering abandoned and or homeless cats with their kittens, I currently sponsor 2 dogs at a rescue, volunteer at another animal rescue, and now I’ve been presented with the opportunity to travel to Kenya on a volunteer trip that will truly change lives however I lack the funding to do so and joined the program last minute, the first payment of £1000 is due on the 1st of April 2026. During this journey, I’ll be providing and transporting donated items, helping to build and improve school facilities such as classrooms, kitchens, toilets, offices and assembly halls. Further more I'll support classrooms, and spend time learning alongside local children.
Education opens doors, but many communities still lack the resources and safe spaces needed for children to learn. By joining this project, I’ll be working with a team dedicated to creating better learning environments—whether that’s helping construct school buildings, assisting teachers, or simply giving students encouragement and support.
This experience isn’t just about what I can give—it’s also about what I will learn. I’ll be learning from the community, understanding new cultures, and gaining a new perspective that will stay with me for the rest of my life.
I’m raising £1,500 to cover travel, accommodation, and project costs so I can take part in this work. A additional £500 for essential equipment, vaccinations, appropriate clothing and more. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to helping create better opportunities for children who deserve the chance to learn, grow, and dream big.
Every contribution, big or small, will bring me closer to being part of this work and helping improve school environments for the students and teachers who rely on them every day.
If you’re able to support, thank you from the bottom of my heart I’m incredibly grateful. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much. Together we can help build not just classrooms—but brighter futures.
