Hello my name is Liliana Loera, I am raising funds for my mother, as we are battling stage four neuroendocrine tumor that has spread to her liver and bones. We were hit with the unfortunate news, unprepared and uninsured. We are now facing a very stressful situation, trying to keep her stable and well taken care of in the hospital is very costly and getting out of hand for my family and I.

My mother Maria is 63 years old and the heart of our family. She is a loving mother, grandmother and a woman of deep strength and faith. She has always been the one caring for everyone else - and now she needs our help.

Her cancer was discovered after she began experiencing symptoms and underwent a colonoscopy. Further testing confirmed that is a neuroendocrine tumor and imaging showed that it has spread. While this type of tumor can sometimes grow slowly, treatment is urgent and ongoing.

She will require specialized oncology care, advanced imaging, monthly treatments, and possible targeted therapies. These treatments are expensive, and the financial burden is overwhelming for our family.
