Barclay Moore, Bryan Martel, and Alycia Glines ran for the PSIA-W Board of Directors with a clear mission: better education, friendlier exams, and a more transparent organization. That includes fair elections. The certified results are public. 717 of your votes have been nullified — after the fact — by calling into question the eligibility of candidates who were already vetted and on the ballot through the entire voting period. Five additional current and former board members — Greg Felsch, Dave Achey, Tiffany Chiu, Blaine Lomen, and Jeff Connors — are also being terminated or suspended this season.

This isn't just a Western Region issue. The precedent being set here affects all eight regions and every PSIA-AASI member in the country. A legal battle is now underway to challenge the altered results and restore the rightful winners to their positions.

Every dollar raised goes directly to legal fees and courtroom costs. These are ski teachers and coaches — not corporations. They cannot fight this alone. Any funds beyond legal expenses will be donated to the PSIA-AASI Western Region Educational Foundation to support instructor scholarships and professional development.
