Pls help my sister bring her daughter back home

Hi my name is Valeska and im fundraising so my sister Taisha who is desperate need of support from our friends, family, and community. She has been forcefully separated from her 9 year old daughter Isabella since this past Easter weekend, when Isabella’s father decided not bring her back to the custody drop off location at the court ordered time. And just decided to keep her. The police was called several times and due to the racism and injustice in this town in Virginia, the police chose not to enforce the court order custody rules… All my sister can do to ensure her daughter was safe was then call the police again to do a wellness check and even with that they still gave her a hard time and pushback. They advised her to go to family court and request an emergency hearing, because the police was not going to do anything to enforce the court order custody rules… My sister of course went to file for an emergency court date, and it wasn't until her third visit and request that she finally received an emergency court date, for May 5th, 2023… Exactly 27 days almost an entire month, after her daughter was illegally sequestered.

Taisha, as any mother would, continue to worry about the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of her daughter Isabella… Not knowing what else to do to help her 9 year old daughter, Taisha thought to check if he would take Isabella to her weekly dance class that Taisha enrolled her in. Luckily he did, and Taisha was able to physically see her daughter. Taisha then went to pick up her daughter and put her in the car to bring her back home and the father called the policy and insisted that my sister was hurting Isabella by putting her in the car. At this point Isabella was showing clear signs that her father has been feeding her stories about her mother with the attempt to brain wash her against her own mother. Isabella started to say that her mother doesn't love her and that she didn’t go to pick her up when she was suppose to… None of which is true, her father chose not to take Isabella to the designated drop off location and the court order date and time. Due to the racism and injustice in the town my sister was arrested that day for trying to bring her daughter back home and follow the court ordered documents. Taisha was later released and now has to also fight the charges brought upon her.

The longer Isabella is away from her loving mom and home, the more brainwashing, mental and emotional abuse she will endure.

Taisha is a dedicated mother who has devoted her entire life to her girls. She has home schooled them both since they were born. Taisha has taught both of her girls fluent english and spanish. They both know how to read and write in both languages simultaneously. In addition, these girls are approaching fluency of both Mandarin and Italian. They both read, write, and know way beyond their required curriculum for their ages. Taisha is always que finding new and exciting ways for her girls to learn and explore the world whether its through books, hands on learning in the outdoors, or via arts and crafts…

Taisha has also taught her girls about plants, gardening, essential oils, and herbal medicine making… Along with the importance of healthy organic eating…

Isabella already suffers from digestion issues and anxiety due to all of the custody hearings and brainwashing that her father imposes on her every other weekend that she has to spend with him… Isabella has never spent longer than a week with this man… We cant even imagine how she feels, now that we approaching over 20 consecutive days that she is away from her mom and little sister.

This has been the hardest thing that our family has had to endure. Knowing that our joyful, kind, loving, and funny Isabella is alone, away from her loving family, and experiencing such physiological and emotional abuse. The worst part is that we can’t do anything about it but let the lawyers fight for us.

Please help us get Isabella back home. Any donation small or large will be beyond appreciated and we pray that it be returned to you ten fold! All funds would be used for all legal fees. We know this is going to be a bumpy road. But with God on our side we will prevail and this too shall pass.
