Please help Tuhin's Family

Tuhin’s father, age 78, has been hospitalized for the last two months. He was admitted on 5/21/2022 for a planned prostate surgery (Laser BNI), which unfortunately took the wrong direction and became life-threatening for him. Post-surgery, gross hematuria started within his urine bladder. He has been bleeding continuously & profusely in the past 2 months since the initial surgery. Multiple surgical procedures were done to evacuate blood clots from his urine bladder. Subsequently 7 more surgical procedures/OT happened to manage the situation including Embolization of Prostatic Artery, Suprapubic Catheterization) and countless blood transfusions (appx 70 units) happened so far. His Hemoglobin level dropped to as low as 5, Blood Pressure dropped to 76/35. He is facing multiple auxiliary issues as well due to prolonged hospitalization at this age.

As of now, a hefty amount of medical bills (INR 1,400,000+) has been incurred, and this might go up even more as he is still in the hospital. Also, there are additional expenses such as travelling, medicine & nursing care etc. to add to this list. With this significant financial burden posed by medical bills and other unexpected expenses on Tuhin and his family, our goal is to raise CAD 30,000 to support Tuhin’s father’s medical expenses.
