Please help save Mikhael from a rare disease

Hello,
Mikhael is my godfather, he is 38 and has three children and a loving wife. Sadly in a few months he will not be able to breath anymore, this is caused by a rare genetic disease called Dyskeratosis Congenita .
It came quickly and is progressing rapidly. There is one way we can save him and it is for him to undergo a complex surgery: sequential transplants of both lungs and bone marrow. Luckily there is one place in the world that can do this, the UPMC , Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
At the UPMC, Dr Szabolcs and Dr. John F. McDyer head an FDA-approved program and have performed 6 cases, of combined lung transplant/bone marrow transplant, with great success. But the procedure is very expensive and we need your help funding it. The total cost is around 1 million dollars that we are trying to collect around the world.
I am only thirteen years old and I can't imagine living without him so please help us, even if it is just 10 dollars you can make a difference.
