Please help our Hazel

Hello everyone ❤️
For those of you don’t know me my name is Jayde and I have a little dachshund called Hazel.
Over the past 2 weeks Hazel has had troubles with her airways/ breathing.
We have been to our local vet 4 times which included one whole day stay. She has had blood tests, x rays, a camera down her throat, 3 different antibiotics as well as a steroid but the cause still hasn’t been found.
She is currently at the Werribee vet being monitored in the emergency department and has already spent one night there.
It is unclear how many more nights she will have to stay there for because we don’t have a diagnosis or solution yet.
Tomorrow they are going to undertake CT scans, put a camera down her nose & possibly more if nothing is found.
It is absolutely heartbreaking to see her in this state, all we want is to find a diagnosis and get her home healthy and safe.
I have spent $2,913 at this point and have been told an estimated $1,500 more (minimum). The amount will increase if she needs further testing or surgery.
We do have pet insurance, although we know it won’t fully be covered and we’re quite certain it won’t be very much. If we do happen to get more than we thought back on insurance we would absolutely love to donate it to ‘Dachshund Rescue Australia’ - a not for profit organisation solely run by volunteers.
It is difficult to take this step and ask for donations so we are truly grateful for any small amounts or even a share on Facebook.
My current goal is $4,500 because this is how much I have spent so far plus what I am estimated to pay in the coming days.
