Please help my Aunt Debbie rebuild her home

My name is Melanie Hoover. I am asking you to please share my mother's story to help bring awareness to our fundraising effort. She is the most selfless person I've ever known. She's always done without for her family and never complained. She's lived a very humble life on a fixed income for many years. Tragedy struck in the early morning hours of December 11, 2021 when she and my son were awakened to her attic on fire and her home fully engulfed in smoke. She lost her home and all its contents. She and my son were blessed to escape the blaze; however her 3 pets, her faithful companions of many years, perished in the fire. They got out with only the clothes they were wearing, not even shoes or coats in the bitter December cold. She had no insurance to help her rebuild. She is suffering from the trauma of losing her home and not being able to save her pets. Her home held 6 generations of memories. We were only able to salvage some pictures and a few small items. We are all feeling this unimaginable loss.

Now she is hospitalized and facing emergency surgery. Even the smallest donation will help her. Please help share her story. All donations will be used to rebuild her home, provide essentials for living, and ease her growing financial burdens. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
