Please help Honey breathe!

Honey is my life and I've had him since he was born. He is the one constant in my life and I want to do whatever I can to save him. He is currently 13 years old and has been a very healthy dog other than his collapsed trachea he's had since he was 6. But recently, he's been having seizures and it's been a reoccurring issue.

Then a couple of nights ago, his breathing and coughing got very severe to the point he looked as if he was going to pass out, so we hurried to the ER and the doctors diagnosed him with aspiration pneumonia along with heart disease and a severely collapsed trachea. The combination of all three got him into a serious situation, where he needs hospitalization for several days (he's currently still hospitalized), oxygen supplements, pneumonia treatment (antibiotics), anti-seizure treatment, and etc. They charge hourly for these treatments and he's already been there for multiple days.  He's only 6 pounds and there's a lot going on for this little boy.
