Please help get Pablo back on his feet

Sunday 4th August was our beloved Pablo’s 11 th birthday. He unfortunately didn’t get to celebrate, instead he was viciously attacked by the neighbours cattle dog through the fence. At this stage the vets believe he is suffering nerve and spinal damage which has basically rendered him a paraplegic. He is on strong pain killers and anti inflammatories which is making him relatively comfortable. We have elected to adopt a watch and wait approach as we have already had to spend $2000 on his emergency care. The likely out come unless a miraculous recovery occurs over the next 6-8 weeks will be euthanasia as surgery at his age is not such a great prospect and extremely expensive. He is unable to stand or mobilise unless assisted by a sling to hold his back end up. Currently we are supporting Pablo at home by sling walking him and doing physiotherapy to keep his joints and muscles moving in hopes he is able to regain any strength or make any improvements.
