Hi everyone,
I recently took on a puppy, his parents are dogs I walk, long story short they accidentally got together and ended up having 10 puppies and I couldn't resist when being offered one of the litter, my little Lemmy bear.
Lemmy is the sweetest puppy, he is so well tempered, the first thing everyone says about him is he is so chilled out, he just loves to stare at you and learn from you, everything amazes this little pup. He is already fully socialised at the young age of 5 months old and loves his walks on the beach with his big brother Ozzy and all of his new friends, but unfortunately Lemmy has some medical problems that need sorting and in the current times, I just don't have the money to cover all the bills.
Firstly, Lemmy's testicles have not formed in the right place, they are in his abdomen and that means he is already sterile, but due to the heat of the abdomen, it can lead to cancer if left untreated, however, this operation alone costs over £750 due to the surgery required. Poor Lemmy is having trouble weeing and I have a feeling it may be linked to his bits being squished in his abdomen but this could be a secondary issue of urine infection or whatnot. Again this will probably be more vet costs. But the last problem is his double canines (photo included in the images), the baby canines haven't fallen out and now the adult canines are competing for space with the baby canines and this will require dental extraction to avoid pain in his jaw.
This poor little man is going through a rough patch and I'm sure a vet can patch him up in no time but there is no way I can raise the funds quickly and I don't want Lemmy to suffer any pain while I slowly scrimp and save the pennies to get him seen. I work as a dog walker and not making huge money, I am desperate for help to get this pup in full health and living his best life.
I have a video on my Youtube channel of Lemmy's first walks after his jabs, have a look at how cute this little guy is...
Hopefully, if we can raise the funds and get Lemmy up to full health then you will all be able to follow him on my channel and watch him grow up into a healthy big boy, I'll be documenting his life as he grows.
Thank you so much to everyone who is able to help, means the world to me, I love my baby bears to bits and want Lemmy to have the best start in life, once he's had all the operations he needs to get him to full health he will be living every dog's dream, playing with his friends on the beach every day.
