I met Stephanie this past weekend as she tried to use her wheelchair in 21 degree weather to go to the store.  She lives in a RUN DOWN assisted living facility.  After visiting her there several times, PLEASE let me be clear, NO ONE should be towards the end of their life and have to live like this.
