Photography Saved Me - Now I Need Your Help

Hi, I’m Gary.

I’m a full-time carer for my wife, who has MS. Photography has always been my escape—it gives me a sense of purpose and a reason to get out and feel like me. My YouTube channel is a huge part of that; it’s not just a hobby, but a lifeline.

But a month ago, everything changed. While on a trip to London for street photography, nearly all of my camera gear was stolen. It was devastating—not just because of the cost, but because photography is what keeps me going. Losing my gear felt like losing a part of myself.

I thought my insurance would cover it, but due to a technicality, my claim was denied. Thankfully, some incredible friends have helped by donating a camera and a few lenses, but I’m still struggling to replace everything I need to get back to where I was.
