Phill from The Upper Quarter is in the Hospital

The team at The Upper Quarter wants to inform all of our friends and Patrons that Phill, the long-time and much-beloved bartender, is currently in the Hospital. After a small and seemingly benign bump on the head from a fall, Phill developed a subdural hematoma or bleeding under the tissue that covers the brain. Phill was rushed into surgery and is currently in the hospital. Phill was in the I.C.U. for over ten days and is now in a regular room but has a long road ahead. At this time, all reports indicate a near-complete recovery for Phill. Unfortunately, Phill has to take some time off from the Upper Quarter as he completes his comeback. All donations will be directly used for rent and utilities while he is recovering.
