ELI’S MISSION

Ladies and gentlemen, I’m asking for you to dig deep and donate to an extremely worthy cause. One of the kindest, most selfless woman I know, my dear friend Eli has recently discovered that her mother Susanna has cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. Susanna didn’t even tell Eli at first as she didn’t want to upset her but as time passed she became so ill that she had no choice but to tell her. The hardest part of this is that Susanna lives completely alone, 4000 miles away in India. She is battling cancer, chemotherapy and daily life alone. Understandably this is causing Eli deep heartache as she feels helpless. Eli is a young dedicated mother who gives and gives to her friends without ever asking for favours in return. She often picks up and looks after other peoples children after school (often over night too!), cooks dinners for friends regularly and works her ass off to make just enough money to support her own daughter. She has a heart of gold and truly deserves this help (she’d never ask herself!). I would like to raise money to help Eli afford plane tickets to India, help support her mother and contribute to her treatment.

Of course, I won’t ask for something for nothing! As an initiative to reach the £1000 I am going to push my 10 year old daughter Perla in a wheelbarrow across 10 bridges over the river Thames… if we hit the £1000 target I will do the entire journey in full DRAG! that’s right, full makeup, a wig, a mini dress.. the works. The crossing of the bridges represent Eli’s journey crossing the world from london to India.
