The PEYD's mission is to positively influence the lives of youth by providing educational programs that support academics, develop character and encourages fitness.
PEYD is a continuation of the former "The First Tee" of Huntsville and
Tennessee Valley Youth Golf Development Programs. From 2002 thru 2014, over 2400 youth ages 6 thru 18 lives have been impacted by academic & life skills development.
Summer of 2016, PEYD served as the fiscal agent for the City Of Huntsville, Alabama Recreation Department "FunFest" event, where over 1,200 area youth participated in games and learning activities.
