Help with Astro’s Vet Bill

Hi everyone, if you have met little Astro you know she’s the sweetest pup. Unfortunately, this past Saturday Des and I were walking her and Astro broke free from her leash. She ran towards an intersection and was run over by a pick up truck. Not only was this extremely traumatizing to watch, but the driver laughed at Des while she begged him to stop and drove away without even checking to see if our little pup was okay. Fortunately he only ran over her back legs and she has no internal injuries, but her hip is broken in 3 places. The emergency vet visit and surgery was a big hit for us and we’re trying to figure out how to pay for her vet bills and the follow on care she’s going to need. This came at a really bad time for us and If you can help in anyway we would appreciate it, especially our little Astro.
