Help Pam Fight Primary CNS Lymphoma
Support Pam’s Journey Toward Healing
Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,
I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart and hopeful spirit on behalf of my amazing stepmom, Pam. Last week, our world changed when Pam was diagnosed with Primary CNS lymphoma—a rare and aggressive cancer affecting the central nervous system.
On July 17th, my father rushed Pam to the ER after she began acting confused. What followed was a whirlwind: Pam was airlifted to a specialized neurology hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she faced a series of urgent tests and procedures. With immense bravery, she underwent brain surgery on July 22nd and made it through—an enormous milestone, but only the first step in a long and challenging journey.
Pam now faces a rigorous chemotherapy regime, requiring 5-day hospital stays every 2 to 3 weeks. With each test and every round of treatment, my father will be by her side, driving her four hours round trip, again and again, for as long as it takes for her to beat this disease.
The emotional and financial toll of Pam’s battle is immense. Medical bills, travel expenses, and time away from work are quickly adding up, and our family cannot manage it alone. That’s why we’re asking for your help.
If you’re able, please consider making a donation to support Pam and my father as they navigate the road ahead. Every contribution—no matter the size—will help ease their burden and bring comfort and hope during this difficult time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity, kindness, and prayers. Together, we can make a difference in Pam’s fight against cancer.
08/08 - Pam went to start her first round of chemo, but spiked a fever and her face began to swell. The doctors suspect infection
08/09 - Pam was discharged to continue antibiotics and manage at home. After arriving at home, she spiked a fever again and began the swelling process. She went back to the ER.
8/13 - Pam’s swelling and fevers were due to a growing abscess in her brain. She had another brain surgery today to clear the abscess. She is being moved back to the ICU.
