Hi, my name is Angel.

In behalf of our families, I am seeking help in raising funds for my sister-in-law, Claudine Mae Abella-Go.

Claudine or Din-din, as we fondly call her, is a kind and loving person. She is indeed like sunshine, full of positivity and life. She cares for everyone with her whole heart on her sleeve.

On the morning of April 3rd, she was scheduled to have an elective surgery to remove a mass found within one of her ovaries. Din-din and her husband, Ivan, always wanted to have kids, and this was one step for them to reach that dream.

But on the same day, we received shocking and heartbreaking news hours after her surgery that there were unfortunate events that took place.

The surgery took much longer than expected. We do not know the full extent to what truly happened. But we do know that she had a cardiac arrest, was revived, and when she came out of the operating room, she was not in a very stable condition.

She was then transferred to the ICU and stayed for 3months. She is diagnosed with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalitis. She is currently not at a full functioning state and is bed-bound. That is why she needs ongoing care, personal assistance with her basic needs, medications, supplements, diagnostic tests, different kinds of therapy, and medical supplies which are very expensive long term and are all highly vital for the success of her recovery.

We are currently in the process of transferring her to get her home.

We are all praying for her recovery and for her to reach her best state.

We do not know how long this battle will last. But everything has been emotionally, physically and financially exhausting for Ivan and for all of Din-din's loved ones.

Her husband, my brother has been by her side since it happened.

Our families are hand in hand helping and supporting each other doing everything we can to provide, assist and support Din-din but we can only do so much in such an unprecedented time.

We believe in God's mysterious and powerful ways. Aside from your prayers and well wishes, we would truly appreciate it if you can share any amount for her medical care and expenses. Every cent is valued.
