Help Logan on the Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On March 6th my brother and sister-in-law received news that no parent should ever have to hear. Their 11-year-old son, Logan, went into the emergency room experiencing some neurological symptoms and after an MRI they were quickly rushed to the nearest children's hospital to remove an egg-sized tumor from his brain. After a four and a half hour surgery they were able to remove the whole tumor. They are currently running tests to see if it is cancer. We are so thankful they were able to remove the entire tumor, but Logan's battle does not end there. He is going to need many rounds of therapy once he is able to leave the hospital which may not be for a few weeks. He currently is able to only say a few words, shake his head yes or no, move his limbs and squeeze his mom’s hand.
I have set up this gofund me to help aid Logan's amazing parents, Kevin and Sandra, in some of the financial burden's that will associate with this unfortunate event. They will need to travel back and forth from the hospital, therapy appointments, and be able to get quick and easy meals for themselves and their five other children. Also it would be great if they could use some of the money to fly out family members to help take care of their other children while they are focusing on Logan's recovery.
If you can even just donate five dollars that would be helpful I am sure, and if you are unable to donate at this time we are asking for prayers for a speedy recovery. Thank you
