NYLF: Med trip to UC Berkely

My name is Aubrey Schumacher, I'm 16 and I recently have been given an amazing oppurtunity. My Anatomy and Physiology teacher nominated me to be a part of the National Youth Leadership Forum of Medicine and travel to UC Berkely on July 22-30 2017. I am absolutely thrilled to be given such an opportunity because I will learn so much on the trip; going to presentations and lectures, doing dissections and watching live surgeries. Once out of high school I plan on going into pre-med to become an endocrineologist (a doctor who specializes in hormones). Going on this trip will give me a tremendous head start in the career of my dreams. But I need outside financial support. The tuition alone for the program is $3,453 which doesn't include air fare, 1 meal per day, or trvael costs. All together the cost of the trip will be around $5,000 which is out of the question given my family's financial state. Even if you donate as little as $1 I'd be so grateful that I'm that much closer to my goal.
