Help Coach McGrath
Donation protected
In December of 2014, Coach Mike McGrath was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma. In February of 2015, Mike had the tumor surgically removed and is currently undergoing aggressive chemotherapy and radiation treatments in Boston at Mass General Hospital.
As a long time Wizards coach, high school hockey coach, facility manager at the Edge, husband and father of three children, Mike has a lot on his plate and has shown remarkable focus in this time of turmoil.
While Mike is certainly one of the physically strongest and mentally toughest men you will ever meet, no one should have to beat this disease alone.
Given the considerable financial burden of hospital stays, testing, treatments, medications and travel costs, I am hopeful we can all come together to show Mike and his family that they have our unwavering support.
Please consider making a donation to help Mike and his family out. No amount is too small to make a difference.
All contributions are gratefully and humbly received.
