For those who know me, know my sister Sonja Vallance. Her oldest, Nick Dewey is married to a beautiful and kindhearted woman from Germany, Delia. Nick and Delia have 3 children together. Delia and the kids went to Germany for the summer after not being able to see her family for 2 years. While they were there, Nick and Delias youngest son, Max, became very ill and was diagnosed with Leukemia.
It was best for them to start treatment immediately. He’s starting the first phase of his treatment in Germany, as its best for Max not to travel yet. Nick has gone to Germany to be with his family and will be on FMLA for weeks.
I am doing this fundraiser for them to alleviate the expenses that they will incur while being in Germany. They will travel back to the States when Max is well enough to travel and then will need continued treatment. I am asking people to please donate whatever you can to help my nephew and his family.
