Support for Chris Alvord's Family

I am starting this fundraiser to help the family of a very special person....Chris. He lived in Salina most his life and after graduating from South High 5/2023 began to make plans for his future. In Oct 2023 Chris moved to Florida. On July 26th 2024 what started off like any other day would end tragically. Chris never came home that night which isn't like him. The next day word got back to Kansas and a call was placed to the police in Florida. It was then his family and friends learned Chris had passed away the night before in a car accident. A local rapper Raw Youngin was involved in a traffic stop and decided to run from the cops. He was traveling over double the speed limit, ran a red light, and hit Chris's car. He lost his life instantly. So instead of celebrating his 19th birthday we all began mourning him. Not only did his family get robbed of him they are now left to deal with making funeral plans, which include bringing him home to Kansas. I imagine this is going to be a big financial cost. I want to help one thing in all this be less bad for his family......Chris had a big giving heart and he deserved so much more life.....RIP Chris you will always be thought of and loved...... thank you for your impact and mark on my life and Justin, Hunter, Ethan, and Brookes.....
