Nellie needs new hips!
Nellie bean is our sweet, mellow, ray of sunshine. We like to say she came “perfectly packaged”. She is the younger sister of our first dog, Alfie, and they are BEST FRIENDS! Nellie has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia and at this time, it is likely she will need a ton of physical therapy and hip surgery. Nellie is not even one year old and still has a long and happy life to live, with lots and lots of love and cuddles to give.
We will do whatever we can to ensure our sweet girl lives a long and happy life, pain-free. At this time, Nellie has a difficult time on walks, playing with her brother, and all the things puppies enjoy most! Nellie will need one of three surgery options for dogs with hip dysplasia. Surgery + additional costs such as x-rays, sedation, etc. will cost upwards of $4,000.
We are so in love with her and she puts a smile on the face of anyone who meets her. This would mean so much to her mom, dad, and her dog brother Alfie who just wants to play with his sister.
No amount is too small and anything helps!
