Need to have back , shoulder surgery and dentures

I had rotator surgery in January and it tore again during rehab. Have spinal stenosis that has pinched down on both sciatic nerves causing extreme chronic pain leaving me unable to walk more than a few steps or stand for any period of time. Both have been denied by workers comp leaving me to fight with them. Now have hereditary gum disease and severe bone loss. All my teeth need to be removed for medical reasons and replaced with dentures. I have no health insurance because I can't pay the premium or deductible and forced to pay out of pocket - which I don't have. I have to return to my sales position in August with my teeth falling out and not able to walk, both of which I need to be able to see clients at their homes. I  need to get an mri and epideral ( $3000 ) to allow me to at least walk til I can get back surgery, and to get the dentures ($12000) so I don't get heart problems from the gum disease. I live in absolute chronic pain non stop. Have been on daily pain medication for almost 2 years. I have been self sufficient my whole live but now I am at my wits end and have come here to ask for help as I don't know what else to do. I have no family members that can help and have wiped out any credit by having to pay for all the  medical expenses. Please help. I cannot explain enough how much pain I live with every hour of every day. Thank you
