My Right Foot

Help I need somebody, Help, yes anybody
When I was young, so much younger than today,
I never thought I needed anybodys help in any way. (Who was I kidding?)
But now those days are gone and I'm not so self assured,
I find I've changed my mind and opened up the door.
Help me if you can I'm going to be down (Off my feet and out of work)
And I do appreciate you being around,
Help me get my feet back on the ground, (Or at least the one not operated on) - Kevin's version of the Beatles song.
As some of you know I have been suffering from a very bad heel spur, and damaged achilles tendon in my right foot. If any of you have them or have had them, you know the pain. Unfortunatly the only treatment is surgery to remove the bone spur, and repair the tendon. (Look it up on Google for all the wonderful details). Well after putting up with the pain for a year I am going to have my right foot operated on.
Starting on December 1st I will be starting a lengthy recovery and will be out of work for three to four months, maybe longer. This is going to be a tough time for me and my wife as she is going to be bearing the brunt of being the lone bread winner, care giver, and driver, etc.
I appreciate any help you can give us, and any funds recieved will go to offsetting what insurace doesn't cover as well as helping with the houshold expenses, which I will no longer be able to contribute toward.
