My son Gunnar Goins car blew up with him inside

Hi, my name is Angelanne Shilling and this morning I got a call from my son Gunnar saying "my car blew up with me inside and they are care fighting me to Dallas to the burn unit." We arrived before the helicopter landed and were blessed by God to find out that his eyes and throat were not burned, but his skin on his face and arms are flash burned. His car is a total loss and the medical bills will be rolling in soon, so I'm asking for help. Any little bit helps to get him a down payment on a vehicle and start paying on these bills Thank you all.
