My mother is in need of desperate help

Hi everyone,

This is one of the last things I was going to resort to, but I’m reaching out because my mom is on the verge of losing everything, and I’ve done all I can to keep her afloat.

Last month, my mom was placed on six months of medical leave. Her doctor provided a letter recommending disability, but despite that, she hasn’t received a formal diagnosis, benefits, or any kind of real support. On top of that, she’s been dealing with unforeseen health issues that have progressively gotten worse, making day-to-day life more difficult and overwhelming.

We’ve been trying to utilize every resource available here in Arizona, but unfortunately, most of them come with long waitlists or slow-moving processes that don’t offer the immediate help she desperately needs.

With no income and nowhere to turn, she had to give up her car because she couldn’t afford the payments anymore. She’s now behind on rent, utilities, and every essential bill. I’ve completely drained my savings doing everything I can to keep her afloat, covering her living expenses, transportation, and medical needs, but I’ve hit a wall. I don’t know what else to do.

She’s now facing the terrifying fact that she might end up being homeless if we cannot figure something out for her. I unfortunately do not have room at my place due to having a small little family of my own.

I’m humbly asking for any help, no matter how small, to get her through this as we continue to try to find long-term solutions. Every donation will go directly toward rent, utilities, transportation, and basic living needs to help keep her safe and secure.
