My Family's Loss after Hurricane

As you all may know Hurricane Harvey has caused a lot of issues in Texas. My family was among the thousands of victims of the flood; my parents, my sisters and their husbands, my nephews, all of them have been left with little to nothing. They lost their car, their furniture, appliances, everything that was not water proof. My sister had to swim out of her house (which was completely covered by the water a few hours later) and had to walk/wade through water for miles to get to my parents' house. A few hours later my parents' house began to flood as well and they all had to once again swim out of the neighborhood and walk for miles in the rain and in knee deep water (despite the fact that my mom just had surgery and my dad has just been diagnosed with a chronic bone disease) until they got to a dry enough part of town so they could be picked up and taken somewhere safe. Yesterday they got back to their houses and found the little they have left from everything they've worked so hard all their life for.

They are too proud to ask anyone for help so I’m doing it for them. Please, help me help them. I’m doing my best to help them, I’ve began looking for part-time jobs and other side-things I can do while working on my PhD. If that doesn’t work, I’m even considering dropping out of graduate school to look for a full-time job to support them. Anything will help.
