As-Salāmu ʿAlaykum wa Raḥmatullāhi wa Barakātuh,

Al-ḥamdu lillāh, our community at Mosqueé Madani and Academy Annor has flourished over the past years. We now serve:

5 daily prayers (Fajr, Ẓuhr, ʿAṣr, Maghrib, ʿIshāʾ)

Multiple Jumuʿah and Eid prayers for over 2,000 congregants

Safe ladies’ space for regular and special programs

Weekend and weekday classes for over 1,300 children

Adult classes in Qurʾān, Arabic, and Islamic studies

Various counseling services (marriage, family, mental health)

Families continue to join us—Al-ḥamdu lillāh—yet our current facility has reached full capacity.

What We’re Raising Funds For

We have signed a purchase agreement to acquire the building directly adjacent to Mosqueé Madani for a total of $4 million. Thanks to your generosity, we have already raised $900,000. The remaining balance is $3.1 million, which breaks down into two phases:

Phase 1 (Immediate Need): $1.1 million

• Complete down payment, closing costs, and legal fees to secure ownership of the adjacent building by November 2025.

• Cover any municipal or zoning fees required to start using the space immediately for prayers and classes.

Phase 2 (Next Five Years): $2 million

• Pay the remaining balance of the $4 million purchase price according to our agreed schedule.

• Once fully paid, the building becomes a permanent asset, enabling future renovations as our community’s needs evolve.

Why This Acquisition Matters

Extra Prayer Space

• Currently, overflow on Jumuʿah and Eid prayers forces many worshippers into the parking lot—no shelter from cold or rain.

• Owning this building means we can move all congregants indoors, ensuring comfort and dignity during worship.

Additional Classrooms & Full-Time Islamic School (Darul Uloom)

• Over 100 children remain on waiting lists for Qurʾān and Arabic classes.

• This new space will provide dedicated, fully equipped classrooms so no young learner is turned away.

• We plan to launch a full-time Islamic school (Darul Uloom)—inshā’Allāh—where students can pursue Qurʾān memorization, Tafsīr, ḥadīth, and other classical sciences from kindergarten through high school under one roof.

Community Center & Expanded Counselling Services

• Our current space limits our ability to host large events and communal programs.

• The additional building will house a community center, offering a multipurpose hall, meeting rooms for counseling sessions, and space for adult education (fiqh, Arabic grammar, personal development seminars).

• This center will allow us to expand marriage counseling, youth mentorship programs, and support groups for new converts and returning citizens (formerly incarcerated), Al-ḥamdu lillāh.

Safe Ladies’ Space

• Currently, our women’s wing is overcrowded during peak times (Taraweeh, Eid, special seminars).

• Owning the adjacent building will allow us to designate a comfortable, climate-controlled ladies’ area—complete with ablution facilities and private seating.

Future Parking Expansion & Safety Planning

• Although today’s campaign focuses on the purchase alone, owning this property allows us to plan for additional parking and safer pedestrian pathways.

• Parents dropping off children will no longer have to navigate congested lots, reducing traffic hazards and creating a more secure environment.

How Phase 1 Funds Will Be Used

Finalize Purchase: Down payment, closing costs, and legal fees so the building becomes Mosqueé Madani’s property.

Permitting & Ownership Transfer: Municipal and zoning fees that allow us to begin using the space immediately for worship, classes, and counseling.

How Phase 2 Funds Will Be Used

Remaining Purchase Balance ($2 million): Paid over the next five years.

Future Renovations & Programming: Once fully paid, we can outfit the building with:

Prayer hall furnishings (rugs, sound system, ablution stations)

Classroom equipment (whiteboards, desks, Qurʾān stands) for the full-time Darul Uloom

Community center amenities (folding chairs, tables, audio/visual setup)

A dedicated women’s wing (expanded ladies’ prayer area, private ablution stations)

Accessibility features (ramps, elevators, signage) to ensure inclusivity.

Impact on Our Community

Immediate Relief for Worshippers: By moving overflow prayers indoors, we eliminate the need to pray in the parking lot.

Expanded Learning Opportunities: Every child eager to learn Qurʾān, Arabic, and Islamic sciences will have a seat—no more waiting lists.

Launch of a Full-Time Darul Uloom: Families seeking a comprehensive Islamic education can enroll children from kindergarten through advanced de’nēmū studies in one location, ensuring proper ʿaqīdah, fiqh, tafsīr, and ḥadīth instruction.

Stronger Community Support Network: The community center will allow us to broaden our counseling services—marriage and family guidance, mental health workshops, and reintegration support for returning citizens.

Dedicated Safe Ladies’ Space: Women of all ages will have a comfortable, private area for prayer, classes, and community events.

Long-Term Safety & Accessibility: With ownership secured, we can design a safer parking layout and pedestrian walkways, ensuring parents and children move through our campus with ease and security.
