Miss K's New Wheelchair!

Hello! My name is Betwixt Jones-Cruz, and I am starting this fundraiser in hopes of getting my theater director, teacher, and friend, a new wheelchair. Miss K(far right in header photo) is my theater director, english teacher, and biggest role model. She has been a great supporter for me since I met her, and she deserves more comfort than she is getting with her current wheelchair. Her insurance does cover a new one, but it is the same (if not worse quality) than the one she currently has. we are specifically saving up for a carbon-fiber wheelchair, which is more than 8,000 dollars for just the frame but I have to have realistic expectations. Everyone in this photo were/are students of Miss K, and we all want nothing but comfort for her. Anything helps, and donations aren't necessary but are appreciated.  This fundraiser is located locally (Scotts Valley, CA). Kendra is the funniest, kindest, most considerate teacher I have ever had, and we all wish that the medical system were more accessible and accommodating. All proceeds will go directly to Miss K, her story deserves more than a tolerable wheelchair.
