Meri and Madison's EOJ Trip

(The video above is Madison and Meridian's Try Out Video for the EOJ 2018 Team)
On February 28th, Madison got a phone call from Coach Susan of the USA European Open Junior (EOJ) Agility Team saying she was selected to go to the Netherlands with Meridian. EOJ is a 3-day competition, where juniors all over the world come together to compete against one another.
“There is no other dog that I would want to take to EOJ with me besides Meridian. Meridian (aka Meri) always gives me her 110% whether it be trials or training at the park. She pushes me to be a stronger, faster, and more precise handler. Meri and I have worked together in agility for over a year and have competed, traveled, and trained together. Meri and I have competed in Washington, Oregon, and California. When we work together, Meri is all smiles and reminds me all the time why I love agility.
Getting the call from Coach Susan saying we were selected to go to EOJ has opened new doors to what Meri and I can achieve as a team. The hard work does not stop there. Meri and I need to raise money which will enable us to attend team practice in Missouri and attend the EOJ competition in the Netherlands in July.” - Madison
Madison has worked hard for this exciting opportunity. We appreciate and are thankful for any help that we can receive to make this happen for Madison.
Thank you,
Kristy and James Edmunds
