13.1 Mile Mental Health and Addiction Fundraiser
Donation protected
Hello Friends & Family, T'is the Season to think of others less fortunate and in need of our help.
In honor of my Late Great Mate Mick Walsh and the Many others who are currently suffering with Mental Health and Addiction issues, I will be running my first (and last!) Rose Bowl Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) on January 21st in Los Angeles.
There's not a single soul amongst us who doesn't know of a person close to us who has been affected by serious Mental Health or Addiction issues. Let's shed a light on these challenges and help open the door to help to those who need it most.
I will be splitting all funds raised between the "Suicide or Survive" charity in Ireland, the "B'eit T'Shuval" Addiction Facility in Los Angeles, along with Mick's Kids.
Both charities help save the lives of people of all religions, color, race, political beliefs...and even the English!
Anything you can spare this holiday season will be gratefully appreciated and I'll pound the roads in pain, but ever greatful for your help. Thank you and Happy Holidays to All!
