Memorializing Our Mother Susan Gotimer

On 9/29 our mother was admitted to NSMC for heart failure. We were given a solid prognosis after a day or two because her numbers were evening back out with the treatment she was given. Everything was heading in the right direction. She was bright, happy & laughing during the last visit with two of her daughters. Unfortunately, that would be the last time we would see her awake and joyful. On October 3rd, 2021, our mother joined the love of her life, her parents, and her brother in Heaven, due to complications of her heart condition. Leaving behind her 4 daughters Deirdre, Dacia, Dariana, DeLaina & 4 grandchildren Darion, Dylan, Alivia & Logan and her kitty cat companion, Cali as well as many other family members who loved her dearly.

Our mother was a bright and shining light in our world who served as a lighthouse, a beacon of hope and a safe space for us to lean on whenever we needed her. We are all completely broken and devastated by this loss and are looking towards our community and our friends to help us give her the celebration of life service she truly deserved. Anything helps.
