Megunticook Rowing Needs A New 8
Tax deductible
Megunticook Rowing is a non-profit rowing club started in 2008 by Ry Hills in Camden, Maine. We serve youth and adults in the mid-coast Maine area.
In the past three years our Junior's team has blossomed from 15 rowers to 40. To accommodate all of these athletes, we have started rowing 8 person shells in addition to our 4's.
We currently have only 1 lightweight 8 shell, (the appropriate size for girls) and two boats of girls who need to row in it.
Please help us buy a used lightweight 8 from Bowdoin College for $5000. I can pick it up as soon as we have a check in hand. Our season has started this week and our first race is May 5th. If you donate $2500 you may name the boat.
